Christian was amazing. Zero pressure to buy and showed us several varieties, including multiple online styles. We had plenty of time to discuss our choices and we were presented several payment options. He is a very cool, knowledgeable, down to earth person. He helped us navigate a discontinued item on a furniture piece that I adored. We were able to find the exact same style, just a bit smaller version, and we ended up getting the rest of the set. Great experience, highly recommend!

I went to Furniture Row today looking for a mattress for my friend and found some great deals.I was approved for financing on the spot. It was so easy. Bought a new mattress from here! Mike helped us through our purchase and was very helpful! Still waiting for the mattress to be shipped 10 days after the sale but hopefully will receive soon...

The sales consultant Arthur was very nice, helpful and patient with me. He listed to what I wanted and helped me find it. He came right up to me as soon as I walked in the door and greeted me as well. No one else even got up from what they was doing.
